- Procurement and Contracting Services
The authority for selection of vendors. The department maintains a list of blanket order vendors and vendors who would like to bid on University purchases.
- Financial Services Office
Responsible for the UA's Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Bursar, CatCard, Travel, Investments, Debt Management, Tax Compliance and Annual Financial Reports.
- Information & Asset Management
Electronic privacy, acquisition/disposal of capital equipment and equipment identification information.
- Trademarks & Licensing
Works with manufacturers of Officially Licensed products to ensure the proper use of University trademarks.
- Purchasing Card
A University credit card that allows for direct small dollar purchases from approved vendors.
